Welcome! The Lakeview Go Club exists to provide a quality, friendly & vibrant place where people can learn and play Go, as well as promote the game in the city of Chicago. We have players of all strengths from 30k-6d. We are also an official club of the American Go Association.

If you are new to Go, check out the ‘What is Go’ section to the left. Our club members are also happy to teach beginners. The club is free and open to everyone, and we encourage you to come by!

We frequently hold teaching sessions courtesy of Chien-Wei Chang, a 5d from Taiwan. Join the mailing list for weekly news about these.
